Discussion with notable professionals in the banking sector and the construction industry suggests, that whereas the scheme is only at sketch design stage, with further refinement and detail work, the project can be financially viable and is well within the technical capabilities of Barbadian building professionals. Resolution towards a level of detail that would enable construction of the project would require the participation of the appropriate consultants and professionals.
